All content available for download on VIDSTOCK.AI is released under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) Public Domain Dedication. This means:

• You may download, copy, modify, distribute and perform the work without asking permission
• You may use content for commercial purposes with no attribution required
• No copyright notices or credits are required
• The CC0 dedication applies worldwide and is irrevocable

Despite CC0, we recommend (but do not require) giving credit to VIDSTOCK.AI and the AI tool used.

3. Upload Rules & Content Policy

When uploading content to VIDSTOCK.AI, you agree to the following rules:

• Content must be generated using AI tools (Sora, Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E, etc.)
• You must have the right to share the content under CC0
• No explicit sexual content, graphic violence, or hate speech
• No depictions of real people without their consent
• No trademarked logos, brands, or copyrighted characters
• No content that violates any applicable law
• No spam or low-quality AI outputs that add no value

4. DMCA Takedown Policy

If you believe content on VIDSTOCK.AI infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to:

Your notice must include:

• Your contact information (name, address, email)
• Description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on our site
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• Your electronic or physical signature

We will respond to valid takedown requests within 5 business days.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VIDSTOCK.AI for:

• Any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Automated scraping, bulk downloading, or API access without permission
• Creating deepfakes of real people for deception
• Re-selling downloaded content as your own stock without transformation
• Distributing malware, phishing, or harmful code

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

VIDSTOCK.AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any content for a particular purpose. Use content at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIDSTOCK.AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or its content.
